Malikah Adu-Niasse is a youth development leader who brings together scouting, agriculture, financial literacy, and creative expression to help young people discover their strengths and possibilities. A graduate of Cleveland State University and Full Sail University, where she studied film, Malikah founded Camp Journey and is a trained Scoutmaster. Her work creating hands-on opportunities for urban youth closely reflects LUCK’s belief that confidence, practical skills, and meaningful relationships can open doors to new futures.

Elizabeth “Liz” Biddick is a lifelong horsewoman, PATH Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor, and co-founder of LUCK. An instructor with Valley Riding at Cleveland Metroparks, Liz has spent years helping riders of different abilities build skills, confidence, and connection through horses. Her experience showed her firsthand what horses can make possible—and helped inspire LUCK’s commitment to bringing those opportunities to people who might not otherwise have access to them.

Andrea Gale is a longtime Cleveland educator, lifelong horsewoman, and advocate for young people. Her actions during the 2007 SuccessTech school shooting reflect the qualities at the heart of LUCK: remaining present during fear, protecting young people, building trust, and using relationships rather than force. With more than three decades in education, Andrea brings that same commitment to creating safe, supportive environments where young people can build confidence, discover their strengths, and thrive.
