Vanessa Jones-Washington brings decades of experience in mental health, youth residential care, law enforcement, and the equestrian world to LUCK. A former Youngstown police officer, she founded New Beginnings Residential Treatment Center to serve young people facing trauma and other significant life challenges. An accomplished dressage rider, Vanessa understands both professionally and personally how safety, trust, consistency, and connection can help young people heal, build confidence, and discover their strengths.
